On June 1, 2006 Jerre and Phyllis Frankhouser moved their business to Windy Mansion Equestrian Center, 187 N. Windy Mansion Road, Reinholds, PA. The facility, easily accessible from the Lancaster-Reading PA Turnpike exchange, is located west of Reinholds just off Route 897 on Windy Mansion Road.

The facility is owned by Dave and Sherry Mersky who live on site. WMEC handles the boarding portion of the business allowing the Frankhousers expanded time to teach, train, show and judge. Day to day care of the horses is under the Frankhouser’s expert supervision. Sherry Mersky is the barn manager assuring daily quality care.

The facility has been newly renovated and includes:

• 38 matted stalls
• 3 wash stalls
• A large tackroom with individual storage areas
• 70 x 170 indoor arena with new sand and rubber footing
• 175 x 275 outdoor arena (Ringmaster footing)
• Paddocks with board and mesh fence
• Round pen
